Jenna Bush Hager never ceases to amaze fans when it comes to her work on television. But it’s not just because of how she reports the news — it’s also from her impeccable taste in fashion.
In a video uploaded on the Today show star’s Instagram on August 17, Jenna took her followers behind the scenes as she got ready to anchor her designated fourth hour with Hoda Kotb. As she detailed her time in hair and makeup, filming various segments around Rockefeller Plaza and having quality time meeting some of her fans, people were stunned when they saw the breezy summer look she chose for the day.
The Sisters First author showed off her love of florals in a white flowing dress that had an empire waistline and a hem that hit just above the ankles. The piece also had red flowers and stripes going down the length of it, adding a touch of whimsy. Jenna’s look also had a romantic feel to it, as the attire featured a square neckline and was accented with short billowing sleeves.
But that wasn’t all Jenna wore with the unique dress. For jewelry, she went with classic gold bangles and layered necklaces for a bit of sparkle. She switched up her blonde hairstyle by wearing it in loose beach waves. Pulling everything together was her natural makeup, which showed off a simple eye look and neutral colored lips and cheeks.
After seeing her look, it wasn’t long before folks started to comment how much they loved the dress on her.
“Can you share details on this dress? It’s so beautiful! 😍,” one person raved on Instagram. “THE cutest dress! ❤️,” another rejoiced. “Neeeeddddd your dress!” a different follower commented.
For those who are interested, the dress is actually from Hill House, the brand that makes the coveted Nap Dress. The one Jenna is wearing is called the Matilda Dress, and the pattern is “red shell vine stripe.”
Needless to say, we know who to call when we need insight for the perfect work out. And if Jenna should ever want to give a masterclass on TV fashion, we’ll definitely tune in for it.
