Visitors to Grandview at Bay Beach will soon experience the sweeping panoramic views, premier tower residences and the maintenance-free lifestyle of London Bay Development’s 11-story luxury high-rise. Located on the southern tip of Estero Island, Grandview offers 58 luxury residences, six penthouse units and is pet-friendly. Residences start from the $1 millions.
London Bay has selected Romanza Interior Design and Clive Daniel Home to create the interiors of three model residences with different design styles reflecting the diverse demographic of Grandview’s buyers.
“Our models will give homebuyers a true sense of living in Grandview and its many possibilities,” said Mark Wilson, CEO and president of London Bay. “We directed the design teams to envision interiors appealing to a variety of lifestyles, aesthetic preferences and price points. Grandview is a tremendous value in the market with far-reaching appeal, attracting an incredible array of homebuyers – from traditional seasonal residents and retirees to millennials. Designers at Romanza collaborated with up-and-coming design associates to capture the tastes of younger buyers.”

Designer models highlight Grandview’s three- and four-bedroom floor plans and the Gulf of Mexico and Estero Bay vistas unique to each residence with relaxed modern and updated coastal designs, colors and textures mimicking those found in nature.
Grandview is nearly 70 percent sold and on target for occupancy this summer.
The designer models highlight the tower’s three- and four-bedroom floor plans and the Gulf of Mexico and Estero Bay vistas unique to each residence. Luxury residences feature 2,400 to 2,900 square feet under air, dens and spacious open concept floor plans blending gourmet kitchens, great rooms and dining areas. Each residence enjoys screened and open-air terraces for outdoor living.
In the three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bath Residence 301 model, a sunlit corner unit on the third floor, Clive Daniel designers Jean Losier and Sherie Weidner introduce a seaside palette with shimmers of champagne and metals, clean lines and transitional design with subtle contemporary influences throughout its 2,923 square feet. The model’s den functions as a stylish home office and fourth bedroom with a bed incorporated into a custom built-in by London Bay.

Grandview at Bay Beach will feature stunning open-concept residences ranging from 2,400 to 2,900 square feet with three or four bedrooms, dens and stunning panoramic views.
“We value our long relationship with London Bay and are honored to partner with the company once again at Grandview,” said Kimberly McNatt, director of business development at Clive Daniel. “London Bay has done a terrific job pulling nature and outdoor living into Grandview’s interior spaces, which is unexpected in condo living.”
Veteran designer Maureen Hawley and design assistant Emily Behrndt of Romanza are completing two Grandview models. The Residence 302 model, a three-bedroom, three-bath home with 2,414 square feet, features relaxed modern design, colors and textures mimicking those found in nature – blue backgrounds with white, gold and jewel tones and the sparkle of acrylic, glass and metallic surfaces. Terraces are envisioned as spaces for conversations and cocktails.
Classic coastal design is updated to black and white accented with soft watercolor hues, seagrass and raffia textures in Romanza’s design of the four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath Residence 303 model. A table with a coral base, a Capiz shell chandelier, woven chairs on the wraparound terrace’s chairs and other design elements throughout the home’s 2,767 square feet reference Grandview’s proximity to the beach.
“Our models are very intentional in appealing to younger and value minded buyers,” said Jennifer Stevens, Romanza’s senior design director. “We wanted to show beautiful interior design using furniture and upholstery lines to illustrate how we can help buyers with similar attainable furniture packages for their Grandview home.”
Model residences at Grandview are expected to be available for viewing this spring. Residents at Grandview will also enjoy resort-inspired amenities highlighting outdoor living, social opportunities, health and fitness, and sunsets over Estero Bay.
