Fans of Farmer Wants a Wife couple Andrew Coleman and Claire Saunders might have got an unexpected shock if they read a recent Instagram message too quickly.
Claire took to the social media platform on Tuesday to give an update about life on the farm in Narromine, NSW.
“Preg testing done and dusted, now we wait for all the gorgeous babies and pray for some rain,” she wrote.

Two pictures showed Claire and Andrew leaning over a gate at the farm.
But Claire wasn’t talking about “preg testing done and dusted” or “waiting for gorgeous babies” in human terms.
She was talking about pregnancy testing the farm animals and hoping for rain after a dry season.
Quite a few of her followers immediately jumped to the conclusion that Claire was pregnant and was doing a social media announcement.
“Haha, thought you were talking about you,” one follower wrote.
“Wooohooo babies coming,” wrote another.
“Gosh I thought you meant you were pregnant and cooking up a baby for a second there,” wrote another follower.
Others noted the duo in action on the farm and wrote: “Great team.”
Right now, the pair have their hands full with all of their fur babies.
Claire regularly posts about her love for the farm’s animals and her cute pets on social media.
A quick scroll through her Instagram feed shows a plethora of animals, from sheep and baby kangaroos to her beloved horses and even a baby wombat.
Recently, Farmer Andrew gifted Claire a new pet — an adorable pug named Mowgli – and they also have a host of working dogs, all of which appear regularly on her Instagram.
The latest addition to the couple’s animal family is a stunning black and white horse called Jasper.
“So this is Jasper, he came to live with us last night,” Claire captioned a new photo, with the hashtag: #blackandwhiteisavibe.
Followers were quick to congratulate Claire on the majestic-looking new acquisition.
“Oh, he’s beautiful!” one follower wrote.
“He’s stunning!” agreed another.
“Very handsome,” one fan observed.
“You are living the dream,” said another.
Originally from Tasmania, Claire is an avid horse rider and horse lover — but horses don’t always necessarily love her.
Between the end of this season’s show airing on Channel 7 and the reunion special, the raven-haired beauty had an accident involving one.
She had to be airlifted to hospital after a horse riding accident with friends and was still using crutches when she appeared on the reunion special.
But the mishap had a romantic side-effect — it had made Farmer Andrew realise just how deeply he felt for her.
“She was out horse riding with some friends and it resulted in her being airlifted to hospital,” Andrew explained during the reunion special.
“She’s OK, she’s recovering.
“It was a shock initially and it reinforced those feelings that I had, and cemented those feelings I guess.
“Sometimes it might take that sort of thing to happen to make you realise … I am in love with Claire.”
Posting to Instagram after the episode aired, Claire shared several confronting photos from the day.
“Thank you for all the messages,” she wrote.
“My legs are almost 100 per cent better now.”
