Jon Bon Jovi is looking forward to being a father-in-law.
The Bon Jovi singer confirmed son Jake’s recent engagement to actress Millie Bobby Brown during an appearance on Andy Cohen’s “Andy Cohen Live” show Tuesday.
“Millie’s wonderful. Her whole family are great,” Bon Jovi told Cohen. “Jake is very, very happy.”
Brown hinted at her engagement to Bon Jovi’s son Jake, born Jacob Hurley Bongiovi, in an affectionate Instagram post last month.
In the photo, Bongiovi, 20, wrapped his arms around Brown, 19, at the beach. The “Stranger Things” star wore a beautiful ring on her engagement finger as she cuddled into her boyfriend.
“I’ve loved you three summers now, honey, I want ’em all,” she captioned the post, referencing lyrics from Taylor Swift’s 2019 hit “Lover.”

Bongiovi shared photos from the same beach photoshoot, captioning it, “Forever.”
When asked if he worries about his son getting married in his early 20s, Bon Jovi told Cohen that it wasn’t a concern of his.
“I don’t know if age matters if you find the right partner and you grow together,” Bon Jovi said. “That would be my advice: Growing together is wise. So, I think all my kids have found people that they think they can grow together with, and we like them all.”
The “Stranger Things” star and Bongiovi went Instagram official in November 2021 after sparking romance rumors in June 2021 when they were spotted holding hands through New York City. The couple later made their red carpet debut at the 2022 BAFTAs.
Bongiovi also gushed about his fiancée for her 19th birthday in February. “Another year around the sun together happy 19th to the girl of my dreams,” he captioned an Instagram post.
The “Sweethearts” actor added: “I love you more than words can describe. Everything about you is golden down to the core.”
